Weather Changes

Aside from love I think that the weather (or seasons) are responsible for the inspiration behind many tunes. This new song is just that. Recorded at home on our "new" piano (a piano my mother-in-law gave us that was her's growing up). Please let me know what you think and happy autumn.

Fine Line

My thirteenth song posted this year. Hard to believe. I've really enjoyed this goal and look forward to continuing posting songs. However, I plan on taking the next several weeks off from writing new material and spend some much needed time on a different recording project. I've had a lot of reminiscing recently reconnecting with friends from the past (Thanks in part to Facebook). Composing this brought me back home a bit.

FIve & Dime

I almost didn't get this completed. I haven't made the time this past week (gigs and such, time with my kiddo and wife, etc.). I surprised myself again with how easy it flowed when I got going. This is a tip back to my music roots.

I often wonder how I've gotten so lucky. Can't say I've ever been in or around Albuquerque, but you get the idea.

It amazes me when I take an idea and it get's new life with each additional piece of instrumentation. "Simon" is about following the rules that are out there, but recognizing this voice that says to break them in order to feel like an individual. Give me some feedback, if you wouldn't mind...thanks!
